Objects In Space
Pulling from the shapes and colors of several retro graphic design styles like the Memphis design movement in Italy or the Jetsons: a pop-culture take on midcentury hyper-modernism.
Each piece was painted with gouache on handmade, 9x12 cotton rag paper. In some pieces, an additional colored pencil mark was added as I was experimenting with textures, cleanliness, and a soft and hard effect.
